This site is run by We Dig Games Sp. z o. o., Altowa 13, 02-286 Warszawa, Poland. We decide what happens to the data described here. Questions about any of it: pr@wediggames.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our two forms.
- Contact form — your name, email, message, and your phone number if you choose to give it.
- Submit Your Game form — details of your project, your name, your email, and your studio name if you give it.
It arrives as an email and stays in our mailbox. We use it to answer you, and for submissions to decide whether we could publish your game — nothing else. Under the GDPR that is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, and for submissions, your own request to talk about working together.
This site has no accounts, no comments and no newsletter. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
No analytics. No advertising. No social media tracking.
One cookie, on the two pages with a form: a session cookie that checks the submission is genuine and blocks bots. It says nothing about you and disappears when you close your browser.
YouTube
The video on the home page and the trailer thumbnails come from YouTube. When they load, Google sees your IP address and may set its own cookies, just as if you had opened YouTube yourself. That is their doing, not ours — here is their privacy policy.
Everything else
Our hosting provider keeps normal server logs (IP address, page, time, browser) and handles our email. They act on our instructions only.
We keep correspondence as long as the matter needs it. Submissions we decide not to pursue are deleted once we have told you.
Your rights
Write to pr@wediggames.com and you can see your data, correct it, have it deleted, have it sent to you, or tell us to stop using it. We answer within a month.
If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Our games are also sold on Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo stores. What those shops do with your data is covered by their own policies, not this one.
